- Malabar Coir Complex at Beypore, Kozhikkodu
- Coir Park Division at Kanichukulangara, Cherthala, Alappuzha.
- Travancore Coir Complex at Adoor, Pathanamthitta District.
CoirCraft have invested on a Dye house where we have sophisticated facilities including computerized color matching and color mixing facilities for quick processing of various natural fibers. Fibers like Jute, Coir, Sisal, Hemp, Aloe etc., in uniform shades and tones are processed in bulk at this setup. Our Corporation also manages a Computer Aided Design facility within its premise. This facility aids in production of excellent designs in large volumes as per needs of our prospective and esteemed customers .
Head Ofiice Division at Aalappuzha
The factory Divison at Head Office, Alappuzha is having facilities for manufacturing Geo-textiles, Fiber mats, and other coir products. There is a modern dye house, rubber molding unit, and a packing section which can be used as a common facility centre by coir cooperatives and small scale producers. There is a state of the art display centre show case coir excellence to overseas as well as domestic buyers .
Malabar Coir complex at Beypore, Kozhikkodu
The Malabar Coir Complex is having facilities such as defibering units, Coir spinning units, Curled coir manufacturing units, coir pith briquetting units and coir pith composting facilities .
Coir Park Division at Kanichukulangara, Cherthala, Alappuzha
The Coir Park Division is having coir spinning units, coir weaving section where semi automatic looms are installed, export processing park where all facilities for value addition, packing and container stuffing are available
Travancore Coir Complex at Adoor, Pathanamthitta district
The Travancore Coir Complex at Adoor is having the most modern manufacturing facility for the Production of PVC tufted coir doormats . The Travancore Coir Complex is having the state of the art manufacturing facility with machinery imported from Italy. The PVC tufting unit has a phenomenal production capacity of 300 M2 per hour which is the highest capacity among similar machines working in the industry .
