RETURN POLICY

  • If the product delivered is in damaged condition.
  • If the wrong product is delivered

In case you want to return any item, you are requested to contact us and we might do any of the following as per your advice:

You should report the damage to our email or phone no. within three days from the date of Delivery. You should send the request for replacement and photograph of the damaged item to our e-mail.

Once the replacement request is approved by our technical team, the same will be intimated you and you can send back the item immediately. Upon safe arrival of the item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item after deducting the shipment charges. We can resend the items back to you without any additional cost.

You can also hand over the damaged item to the nearest Coircraft Showroom and get the replacement from there.

Important: KSCC Ltd would not be responsible for the loss of item being returned by you, during transit. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure safe and secure delivery of the returned item to us. For any further assistance, please contact us through e-mail or through phone.
