SHIPMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
SHIPMENT
The products are dispatched by reliable courier service or regular transport for domestic sale and shipped through regular shipping agencies for sales on receiving the confirmed order. It is our endeavor to shipment the confirmed order within 30 days.
However, there can be an instance when a customer places an order of a demanded item or an order of large quantity or special custom products, which may take some time to manufacture and this can present delay to the shipment of your order. In such a situation you will be informed immediately about the expected time frame regarding shipment of your order by phone or e-mail.
Please note that the Packing Charges, Handling Charges, Insurance Charges and forwarding Charges up to local Sea/Airport will be collected. The Custom duties, levy and freight charges to be paid by the Customer at their Destination.
Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the KSCC Ltd marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Onam, Pongal, Diwali, Valentine s Day, Christmas, New Year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
